2011 BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION INFORMATION
Five (5) Directors are to be elected; each will serve a two-year term.
Please note: Families are allowed only two (2) votes - one (1) for the primary member, and one (1) for a spouse. Children under a Family membership are not eligible to vote.

Polling Dates
Voting for the 2011 Board of Directors is open!
- Electronic (online ballot) voting will close on October 8, 2010, at 11:59 PM.
- Mailed paper ballots must be received by the WDCR Secretary by October 11, 2010 (postmark not withstanding).
- Paper ballots may be hand delivered at WDCR's 2010 Annual Membership Meeting (Tuesday, October 12th 8-10 pm at the Holiday Inn 10000 Baltimore Ave College Park, MD 20740 (301) 345-6700), before 8:30 PM.
- Paper ballots may also be requested and completed at the Annual Membership Meeting (Tuesday, October 12th 8-10 pm at the Holiday Inn 10000 Baltimore Ave College Park, MD 20740 (301) 345-6700) before the 8:30 PM deadline.

Electronic Voting Instructions
- CLICK HERE TO VOTE!!
- If you are not already logged in, login with your email address and password for www.dlbracing.com.
- If you are not an SCCA member or your membership has expired, go to www.scca.com to join or update your membership accordingly!
- If you receive the Non-Member page, click on the Add Membership link.
- Select a Club (Washington DC Region). Please note that you must be a Washington DC Region member to vote in this election! Children in SCCA Family Memberships are not eligible to vote.
- Click the Add button.
- Enter your SCCA member number, last name and first name as it appears on your membership card.
- Click the Verify button.
- The Current Memberships box on the right of the screen should now be populated with your current SCCA registration.
- Once you have completed this step, CLICK HERE TO VOTE!
- Select up to five (5) candidates.
- Click the Cast Ballot button.
- Votes must be cast by October 8, 2010, at 11:59PM.
Paper Ballot Instructions:
- Vote for not more than five (5) candidates.
- Ballots containing votes for more than five candidates will be disqualified.
- Place the ballot in the enclosed envelope and seal the envelope. The envelope will be pre-printed with the mailing address to the WDCR Secretary. If you lose the envelope, contact the WDCR Secretary.
- Sign the envelope on the back where provided.
- Print your name below your signature in the space provided.
- Write your SCCA member number in the space provided.
- Mail your ballot to the WDCR Secretary, in the enclosed envelope, or hand-deliver the envelope to the WDCR Secretary prior to 8:30 PM at the Annual Membership Meeting. (Tuesday, October 12th 8-10 pm at the Holiday Inn 10000 Baltimore Ave College Park, MD 20740 (301) 345-6700)
Please note:
- If mailed, allow time for ballot to be delivered prior to October 11, 2010.
- Ballots in unsigned envelopes will be disqualified.
