Where to watch the action
Watch the start from the grandstands at Turn 10. Walk down to Turn 1 and watch drivers come off the high-speed, half-mile front straight and dice for position through the hairpin. Stop by the pits and watch pit crews refuel, repair, and hustle to get their car back out on the track. After dark, move to the stands inside the course at Turn 5 to watch glowing brake rotors, or to the stands outside the course at Turn 7 to watch headlights come down The Chute and continue around The Carousel. At midnight, make tracks back to Start/Finish to watch the checkered flag fly.
Road racing is a blast to watch, rain or shine. This event will go on regardless of the weather!
