Registration/Information
Registration is located in the first building on the left after coming through the main gate. For pre-event information for SCCA events, you can call tthe Summit Point Motorsports Park Office is 1-304-725-8444 or email info@bsr-inc.com.
On SCCA Race weekends, the telephone number at the track for SCCA registration is 1-304-725-4071 and the number for Race Control is 1-304-725-4147.
Visiting SCCA Workers
Both general and event specific information for visiting F&C workers can be found elsewhere on this web site. For specific information for workers in other race specialties, please contact the appropriate chief of specialty listed on the WDCR Points of Contact page.
Food at the Track
Breakfast and lunch are available at the main snack bar during race weekends and sheltered picnic tables are located outside. The lunch menu contains hamburgers, hot-dogs, bratwurst, barbecue, cold sandwiches, soup, chili, potato chips and candy bars. Hot and cold drinks and bags of ice are also available. The main snack bar is located at the south end of the paddock near "Pit Out". Another snack bar (not always open) is in the carousel area near the silo (next to the BSR repair facility).
Next to the snack bar is OG Racing offering an array of race items, memorabilia and souvenirs
The nearest full service grocery stores are located in Charles Town, WV (8 miles), Berryville, VA (8 miles) and Winchester, VA (15 miles).
Restrooms/Showers
There are three restrooms. The restrooms with showers are adjacent to the building that contains the snack bar "Pit Out" and near the Tower and Timiing & Scoring buildings. The other restroom is located outside turn 8, next to the silo. "Port-a-Pots" are located at strategic points throughout the Summit Point grounds.
Camping
Camping is available at the track at no extra charge. There are various areas designated for camping throughout the spectator area and an area reserved for worker's only camping adjacent to the control tower. Motorhomes, campers and tents are allowed but there are no provisions for "hookups" for motorhomes or campers and no "dump" station. Some areas of the paddock have electricity (fees paid at front gate).
Grandstands
There is a grandstand outside of turn 10 and five more in the carousel area, between turns 4 through 9. For the carousel area, just go straight after entering the track property.
Parking - Competitors/Crew (with car pass)
Park in the paved paddock area that is located to the left across the bridge leading to the infield. Please take note of the lines indicating each competitors paddock space. Please Do Not drive stakes into the asphalt and please use boards under jack stands.
Parking - Spectators
Spectator parking areas are located in the grass near the grandstand outside turn 8 in the carousel area near the main entrance. Another parking area is behind the grandstand outside of turn 10 and there are various other places to park throughout the infield.
Race Medical
Race Medical is located on the first floor of the Control Tower (inside track behind the Start/Finish line on the front straight).
Timing and Scoring
The T&S building is next to the Control Tower at Start/Finish.
Tech Center
Tech is located in the paddock directly behind the snack bar/classroom/store building.
Lost and Found
Items may be turned in or retrieved at the "Able" EV station at "Pit Out" or at Race Control in the Control Tower. Announcements can be made over the PA system by the track announcer located in the control tower at Start/Finish.
Race Services
Gas, water and compressed air are available along the pit road half way between turn 10 and "Pit Out". See the supplementary regulations for detailed instructions on the use of track electricity and compressed air. There is a waste oil reclamation tank in the same area. Gas Available times are announced over the PA system. There are normally vendors available with tires, tire services and misc. general racing supplies.
Hospitality Party
A hospitality party is held for all participants at the sheltered picnic tables next to the main snack bar approximately one half hour after the checkered flag for the final session on Saturday afternoon.

Miscellaneous
DRIVE SLOWLY in PADDOCK - Speed limit is 10 mph. No bicycles or motorcycles are allowed to run in the paddock. All pets must be on a leash and children must be supervised at all times.
