Tire Wear Problem

I've got a little tire wear problem that just cropped up on both front tires.  Leading edge of outside tread is not worn, but backside edge is ... Rest of tread wear looks normal.  Is this a toe alignment problem?

John

PS - since I can't upload pics here, it'll take me a while to get them put somewhere else to link to.

Here's a link to the pics showing the problem -  http://videos.streetfire.net/album/Mustang-GT-Tire-Wear-Problem_1038275.htm

Thanks for the help.

That's normal for street tires at autox.  It's pretty much the result of a big/heavy car, limited front camber, and lots of air pressure.

Re: Tire Wear Problem

As well as lots of tread squirm...

Tread blocks lean over and then the rubber burns off in that position, giving the weird appearance.
