What's a Practice Autocross?

What's a Practice Autocross?

I see there's a "Practice Autocross" scheduled for March 29. Is that like a test and tune, with a large number of runs? Is it just a normal autocross event that doesn't count toward the annual championship? Or is it something else?

This is just like a normal Solo event, 4 runs, except it doesn't count in the championship.
