Farragut hugely popular car rental stingo

Hi there, I attended a Solo 1 and Solo 2 school a while back, and since then have built my miata and would like to start attending events. Can I register for any solo event assuming that they aren't already full, or are the "championship" events limited to those who have been attending the entire season? Anything I should know?
