The March 22nd date is instructors only for the entire event.  Both current instructors and those invited or asking to become instructors for future PDX events come to the event to learn or share knowledge.  It is a great tool and the perfect chance for Instructors to work together, share notes, and critique each other in order to prepare ourselves to give you the best mentoring at every event.  Additionally,  it also gives us the chance to ensure new instructors have the basic tool sets required to sit in the passanger seat and be an effective mentor for you.
