Too bad about the main circuit even though I prefer Shenandoah. Never drove Jefferson but most folks I know that have seem to not care much for it much.
WRT the yahoo boards, basically when the BMW group got the new boards up and running they just had a drop dead date. As of XXX the one forum stopped taking posts and you had to use the new one. The old forum was left up for research. Worked well I thought.
Jim: It looks like most of our events will be held on the Shenandoah Circuit. We have already made our commitments to SPMSP for 08, therefore VIR would not be considered until 09. If you guys can manage to get Yip and I down there next year we could consider it. I do not know if that track has had an official inspection and been signed off for Time Trials, though I see no reason shy it wouldn't be workable.
As far as the winning dates go it is just a matter of time before we hear back from Summit Point.
Summit point will be fine - I like it there. Very close and the track works even better now that it's paved.
