jamesb wrote   April 12th on the shanandoah is our first event for the PDX/Time Trials program.  The April 5-6 weekend is the SCCA Club Racing Drivers school, that program is for drivers trying to earn their novice permits for wheel to wheel racing.  It is not a PDX event.
