How do you request a change to the the spec line for a vehicle in the GCR? I thought there would be a form on the official SCCA site but could not find one.
If anyone wants to know specifics, they recently added that you can use JCW shocks/springs and MINI Mania strut tower caps in SSB on the Mini Cooper S and I want see if they could also be added to the Mini Cooper S in T3. Would make sense.....
If the answer is previously posted elsewhere on the forums I couldn't find it.

Keith - there used to be an online form for rules change requests in the rules section of the old SCCA web site, but it looks like they lost it with the upgrades. You can always just email the CRB directly: crb@scca.com with your request, that's what I've always done. Considering they are planning to combine SSB with T3 I would think your request would be perfectly reasonable.
