Would be nice to see the Spring National moved to may! They had the National in may second weekend weather was great! That was back in 1980! Angelo
I just saw the 2008 Schedule on the NESCCA web site. It's got to be the WORST schedule yet. From mid May to the end of June is 10 weeks, with 5 races (6 if you count the Jefferson 500, which I don't). A race every other week that early is guaranteed to burn out a lot of people quickly. I'd hate to see what the car counts look like when people can't spend the time repairing/refurbishing between races.
The National is in May and the first MARRS is in April with the 12 hour on Fathers Day weekend. Hopefully, that means we won't freeze the last three hours of the race, standing out on station.

Ahh glad to see the National moved to may about time.Weathers good most times..With new pavement on track i would say records would be broken! Maybe there wil be a big turnout! AFV
