Click on the "contact us" prompt, they are all listed. I and others have sent email and more are planning on doing so. We are also looking into other avenues of possible actions. Send me an email at ernie10@frontiernet.net and I will forward you all the email out there so far in our little group. We are encouraging all to expand the ring of communication and hopefully infuence some kind of change to this. Possibly if enought members address this the board might actually listen.
The DC region offers only a place to race. There are many places to that.Our Labor day DOUBLE is by far the highest attended event.
The Last MARRS race with a twist was the 40 yr aniv of FV with a better than average turnout.
All of the Nationals are single events and again only offer a place to race.
To compete we need to offer more than a place to race. This will take leadership and some risk. More track time / two hour enduros / Doubles.
I find it disheartening to work corners and end the day at 4:00. I also travel to the track (2 hours) and want to get the most flagging for my weekend.
