I was just noticing that the last BOD meeting, for which minutes are posted, was held on June 8th and the minutes were posted on July 12th.
Have there been no meetings since then? If there have been, where is the information about them? Especially with elections coming up and some incumbent Directors running for reelection. The BOD has an obligation to communicate with the membership. How about it folks?
I will appologize for these minutes being late, but the July meeting minutes were posted Aug 30th. The process that we have been using is review of the minutes and approval at the next meeting. That was the process here only what was not known was the BoD meeting was rescheduled because of other committments. Our meeting was not held until the 19th, the minutes were approved.
We all have other day jobs in addition to family and SCCA duties and from to time those might have an impact on our SCCA work as was the case here. There was a delay between the meeting and getting them posted to the website, the result of the 'Real Job' getting in the way.
