Labor Day 2010 weekend and the double have come and are long gone now. Still, to the best of my knowledge no results of the charity fund raiser have been released. Historically the unofficial results were usually announced on Monday (Labor Day) evening. This year there was no word, still nothing by the last MARRS, no announcements, no indication. What was the result? Why the delay in release of information and amount raised? What are the chances of getting this info posted on the web page?
The amounts raised were posted Sept. 28th on the WDC "Club Racing" home page, not the overall "WDC" home page. That's also where the info on Chris Fox was (finally) posted--on the day before her funeral. I'm pretty sure that the info on Brian Holtz's and Ron Skidmore's passings were posted on the WDC home page. Seems like they are trying to make it difficult to navigate the site--sometimes it seems more like a game of hide and seek...
