WELCOME
to the home page of the Washington D.C. Region of the Sports Car Club of America. The D.C. Region has a proud history of amateur motorsport competition spanning over 50 years! We appreciate your interest.
The region organizes and promotes several different types of automotive sports including Club Racing (wheel to wheel racing), Solo (timed autocross), PDX/Time Trials (street car track time and timed lapping), Road Rally (time-distance rally), and RallyCross (timed competition on a dirt course). Each venue holds schools to teach safety and car handling skills as well as orienting students to the sport.
Not interested in driving but still want to participate in an event? There are many opportunities to be involved in the organization and the running of an event!
In addition, the Region organizes charity fund raisers at several of our events, hosts a yearly membership awards banquet, and participates in the DC auto show and other automotive events.
